Founded in 2009
Lime Green Realty Inc. was founded by Susan and Stephen Rochefort in Red Deer, AB in May 2009. The desire to be innovative with commission programs and new business strategies was a catalyst for Susan and Stephen to start their own independent real estate company, known as Lime Green Realty Inc. The flexibility of being independent is what allows them to provide reduced rates without compromising the high level of service. Lime Green Realty provides real estate services to buyers and sellers throughout Central Alberta.
Our standard of consistency
Lime Green Realty has set a high standard for our agents, which creates an environment of consistency with the Lime Green Realty brand. As a consumer, you can feel confident that regardless of who you have representing you, the service you receive will be consistent from agent to agent. We have achieved this by requiring our agents to complete an intense mentorship program with the owner of Lime Green Realty. The mentorship program requires each of our agents to be full-time REALTORS® and not hold employment with any other businesses. It requires the agent to adhere strictly to Lime Green Realty’s polices and procedures. It requires consistent monitoring through our quality control systems that are in place to ensure you, the consumer are protected.

Meet the Lime Green Realty Team
In May 2009, Susan with the support of her husband Stephen, opened the virtual doors to Lime Green Realty. Susan started in real estate after moving to Red Deer, Alberta in 2006. She spent almost 3 years at a Royal LePage office before deciding she wanted to open her own brokerage. The desire to start her own brokerage was to determine whether lower fees could be offered to consumers while still giving excellent service and so her legacy began. In 2013, Susan broke a 23 year MLS® record for the most number of listings ever sold by one agent in Central Alberta with 150 listings sold. In 2014, Susan broke her own record selling 171 listings. In 2012 to 2016, Susan held the title as Red Deer & Central Alberta's #1 home seller.
After spending 7 years in real estate, as a top producer at Royal LePage and then a short stint at Re/Max, Amanda decided that a full service, low commission model that utilized technology to create efficiencies was the best model for her clients who were buying and selling so Amanda is now the proud owner of Lime Green Realty. Amanda's clients appreciate her energetic and enthsuastic approach to real estate, along with her compassion and kind nature. Experience as a top producer has allowed Amanda the ability to gain valuable insight into your buying or selling needs to help make an informed decision that is right for you. With a passion for real estate, as well as buying and selling numerous properties of her own, Melissa has gained first hand experience and insight into the buying and selling process. Prior to real estate, Melissa was an Account Consultant at a local staffing agency where she worked to connect people and companies by sourcing the best candidates to fill positions. Melissa worked tirelessly to ensure her clients satisfaction and will do the same with helping you find a home that is perfectly suited to meet your needs. Melissa has gained signficant knowledge of Land Use Bylaw's as well as current and upcoming developments through her term on the Municipal Planning Commission for the City of Red Deer. Her enthusiasm, strong communication skills and knowledge of the area will be pivotal in the search for your next home!

Layna Griffiths was born and raised in Red Deer and is proud to call Central Alberta home. For several years, Layna worked in the service industry and was highly regarded for her special attention to personal service. Layna has been alicensed REALTOR® since 2004 representing both buyers and sellers at Royal Lepage and Coldwell Banker in Red Deer prior to joining Lime Green Realty. Her experience over the years has forged a deep appreciation and respect for client relationships. Layna believes in the combination of hard work and solid family values! With over fifteen years of communication experiene, the Founder of Lime Green Realty knew that Jamie would be an asset to the company and the clients he works with so after much persuading, Jamie obtained his real estate license and the rest is history! Jamie knows what it's like to find out what people want. And as a married father with two young children, Jamie understands the importance of finding the right home in the right location for the right price.
