Real Estate Market Update - October 2018

September sales numbers for Red Deer were at 101 sold properties (single family, half duplex, townhouse and condo properties a per the CARA MLS System.) This was a 20% decrease from sales in August of this year, and a 17% decrease from this time last year.

YTD sales for 2018 are at 1042 compared to YTD sales for September 2017 which was at 1041, so we have had a very consistent year overall ...
