In May 2019, my wife and I decided to "test the market" to sell our house. We were in no hurry. There were houses on our block that had been for sale for over a year, and nothing was moving. My wife called Lime Green Realty, and on a Wednesday, Amanda came with all the info and comparisons, etc. We decided to list, but had visions of staying in our house for a long while. Amanda told us the photographer would be there Friday morning to take pictures, and the contract to sign would come Friday afternoon, and that all happened. That same night at 11 PM, Amanda sent us an email that all was good and our property would be on the website in 24 hours. Saturday morning I got up and our property was already on the website, and the pictures looked FANTASTIC. I would have bought it if I wasn't the one selling--- LOL. That same afternoon we got a call that we had a showing. The house showed Saturday evening, on Sunday afternoon we had an offer, by end of day Monday, all the bantering was done, house was sold, and possession day was June 15th. Amanda and her team did an absolute fantastic and professional job, from listing to sold in about 72 hours, at our price. What more could you ask for!?
