We were very impressed with the listing process and thrilled with the quality of pictures you took and the time spent putting the listing together to ensure success selling our condo. Your knowledge of the market and the entire selling process is such an asset in a real estate agent. I'm shocked when I talk to friends who have listed and hear their agent doesn't do everything that you do (or know half of what you do!)

We also are so thankful for Trent's time and patience going through houses with us (and his awesome sock selection). His knowledge of the homes we went thru and willingness to research details when we had obscure questions was great. I am sure there were times he wanted to pull out his hair as we complained about the houses but he remained professional, smiled and agreed with our craziness.

When I knew it was time to sell my house I interviewed a number of Realtors to see what they brought to the table. Sadly, the pool was wide, but there wasn't much depth. Then I sat down with Susan.
