They relisted it after three months for no additional charge, updated our pictures twice as we made progress on the house, they did not harass us to lower our price. They helped us identify areas that we could improve to show the house better, they showed the house several times and in general showed lots of interest in us as sellers, as opposed to other real estate agents we’ve dealt with before.
