Stephen Rochefort

	Stephen entered the Real Estate industry after nearly 18 years as a post secondary educator and administrator. Stephen held past positions as Dean of the Faculty of Management at Royal Roads University in Victoria, BC and Dean of Science, Health, Sport & Education at Red Deer College. Stephen’s background in strategic management and negotiation ensures his clients are optimizing their real estate transactions. Susan Rochefort

	Real estate is a second career for Susan after spending 13 years in a variety of roles including Analyst, Auditor, Controller, Project Manager, Financial Consultant and Software Instructor. Many of these positions were held with large corporations such as Chevron Canada Resources, Anadarko Canada, BMW and Price Water House Coopers. Susan’s competitive edge comes from the diversity in her background and her genuine and sincere compassion for her clients.
