We were not able to be with her the majority of the time but when we did meet Stephen a couple times we were most impressed. Being a young girl and first time home owner, you covered all the details wonderfully so she always knew what was expected of her to make things finalized. Susan and Stephen Rochefort are fantastic agents. I have bought and sold through them as have our daughter and at least two other friends of ours. If I were in the market for a house, I would not call anybody else. And now with flat fees that puts cash back in your pocket, how can you go wrong?
You watch this little real estate company take off like a rocket. For anyone who has had the typical frustrating experience of dealing with lazy agents who do not have a clue, these people are a refreshing breath of fresh air.

My husband Colin and I don’t even know where to begin to express our thanks to this amazing husband and wife team!! When we first started considering purchasing a home of our own, we spent a lot of time looking online and emailing real estate agents. I emailed about ten agents in the area and not one responded to me! I was getting very frustrated! Then I happened to email Stephen and within a few hours he had already gotten back to me! I was impressed by this, so I maintained this correspondence with him. When the day came to finally look at homes, Stephen met us at his office. He went through everything we needed to know very thoroughly. After all, this was our first time buying a home!! Before we had met, we had also sent him tons of homes that we wanted to look at. He had them all printed off and ready for us when we met with him. He went over them with us in person and asked us lots of questions to ensure he had a good understanding of what we were looking for. Once we went over all the important information, he drove us to each home we had sent to him. He even provided snacks for us (as we had chosen quite a few to look at!).
We happened to find our home that day. Stephen answered any questions we had about making offers and made sure we understood the entire process. He was there for us 110%. Once we had everything in order, he continued to be there for us whenever we needed him (in dealing with the inspection, for example). One day, he was not able to make it, so he asked us if it would be alright if his wife, Susan, met with us instead. We had no problem with this and she was just as helpful as her husband!! They clearly have great communication between the two of them because Susan knew everything that she needed to about our situation.
We appreciated everything that this team did for us! They even thanked us by giving us something special when everything was done and a one year “move-in” anniversary gift! It meant a lot to us and made us feel that we were considered important clients of theirs!! I would recommend this team to anyone!

Upon recommendation from a friend I called Stephen Rochefort to help me with the sale of my condo. I was not quite ready to sell so I initially met with him to discuss market conditions, estimates on sale price and to get general advice on how to make my condo more marketable. He had excellent, accurate information on hand at that meeting. I appreciated his focus on numbers as we reviewed statistical information and property comparisons. He left with a promise not to pressure me and he stayed true to his word. A couple of months later when it came time to sell we met again briefly to prepare the paperwork and my property sold within 4 days for more than expected. I was thrilled with his no-pressure approach, his facts-based knowledge of the market and his integrity. It is very rare to find genuine, honest individuals that care about their client's needs and follow through on promises like Stephen.
