Founded in 2009

The desire to be innovative with commission programs and new business strategies was a catalyst for the start of an independent real estate company founded by Susan and Stephen Rochefort, known as Lime Green Realty®. The flexibility of the Lime Green Realty® brand is what allows Lime Green Realty® Central to provide reduced rates without compromising the high level of service. Lime Green Realty® Central provides real estate services to buyers and sellers throughout Central Alberta.

We have achieved this by requiring our agents to complete an intense mentorship program with the owner of Lime Green Realty® Central. The mentorship program requires each of our agents to adhere to Lime Green Realty® Central’s policies and procedures. It includes consistent monitoring through Lime Green Realty’s® quality control systems to ensure you, the consumer, are protected.

Born and raised in Newfoundland, Jodi has many fond memories of family and friends gathered around the table laughing and telling stories. After completing a degree in human resources and marketing management, she moved to Red Deer. Real Estate was always a passion of hers and she turned that love and passion into a career. After 6 years as a realtor, she decided to take a break and focus on having a family of her own. 3 years later, she decided to join our team. Having moved to Central Alberta in 2012, Red Deer is where Corrine feels at home. Real estate is her passion and she enjoys the entire process of meeting a prospective client, discovering their needs and wants for a new house to call home, and ultimately finding and helping her clients take possession of their dream! Corrine has been licensed as a REALTOR® since 2005. She won the 'Rising Star' Award in 2006 from Remax Advantage, a brokerage of 85 agents. Being an entrepreneur at heart, Corrine opened her own Century21 franchise in 2007, after first obtaining a Real Estate Broker's License. Corrine is well versed in buying and selling real estate for investment, having been landlord to her own portfolio of properties for the past 20 years. Corrine is continually educating herself and loves to learn new things. Summer is her favorite season and she enjoys being outdoors participating in physical activities, especially those on the water such as paddle boarding. In addition to holding a Real Estate Brokers License, she also holds a mortgage and insurance licenses. Candace Prins - Lime Green Realty® Central

Candace Prins

Office Manager

Born and raised in Red Deer, Candace was a former Lime Green Realty® client that was hired and trained to be our Office Manager. She is the person that initially handles all of our inbound communications during regular office hours, ensuring all messages and vital information flows seamlessly between our clients and our agents. When hired, Candace was trained extensively on how to properly photograph properties and has become the Lime Green Realty® Central property photographer. She has a real artist's eye for photo composition and knows all the tricks and techniques to showcasing a space. Candace is truly vital to our office efficiency and her contribution to keeping things running smoothly cannot be understated. We are so happy she decided to join the Lime Green Realty® Central team!

In May 2009, Susan with the support of her husband Stephen, opened the virtual doors to Lime Green Realty®. Susan started in real estate after moving to Red Deer, Alberta in 2006. She spent almost 3 years at a Royal LePage office before deciding she wanted to open her own brokerage. The desire to start her own brokerage was to determine whether lower fees could be offered to consumers while still giving excellent service and so her legacy began. In 2013, Susan broke a 23 year MLS® record for the most number of listings ever sold by one agent in Central Alberta with 150 listings sold. In 2014, Susan broke her own record selling 171 listings. In 2012 to 2016, Susan held the title as Red Deer & Central Alberta's #1 home seller.
